This camera is weatherproof and is furnished with a Vari-focal Adjustable 3.8-9.5mm LENS. What that means is whether you prefer a wide angle or a narrower zoom in angle - you can set this at installation. We use these cameras commonly for monitoring cash registers, doorways, isles - or any other area or object that we need to get a "close-up".
