Tech & Setup - App Setup

To access the QR code via the menu, you must first power on your recorder. Go to Main Menu->Setup->Network->P2P and the QR code will display. You must check the box to enable P2P function and then click Apply to save at bottom of screen.
Once P2P has been enabled please go to TCP/IP section inside of the network screen. Enable "DHCP" inside of the Network settings and Save. Once DHCP has been enabled you will need to reboot the system. Upon rebooting navigate back to the P2P setting to the system.
Download SCS Lite or SCS Pro (Tablet Apps: SCS HD Lite or SCS HD Pro)
Go to the Main Menu and then Device Manager
Add a Device by clicking on the Plus Sign at the top right corner(+), Select P2P
Name the Device and Click the QR Code button to begin scanning the code until the serial number populates. Enter the default user name (admin) and default password (admin) and then select Live Preview on bottom.

4 Years after we purchase our system we had problems with iPad viewing due to Router change and IP changes, I contacted CCTV Pros via the support page, within a few minutes I received a call and the problem was fixed. You cannot get any better service that that. Thank You!
