THIS CAMERA IS FOR LICENSE PLATE CAPTURE ONLY. IT CAPTURES LICENSE PLATES OF MOVING VEHICLES UP TO 55 MPH.

The CSP-HSL will illuminate license plates at night. You can capture license plates of MOVING VEHICLES up to 55 mph. There is adjustment in the menu of the camera that will allow you to adjust the speed of the average movement of the vehicles. The distance from the plate to car for optimal viewing is approximately 80ft max. For all the license plate cameras we suggest zooming in. During the day it will see in color. However, this camera is for license plate recognition and will only ILLUMINATE license plates at night.
