What Happens Next?
1. Open TeamViewer
Download or open TeamViewer using the correct option above.
2. Allow the Program to Run
Your computer may ask for permission to open or run TeamViewer. Follow the prompts on your screen.
3. Give the Technician Your Connection Information
When TeamViewer is ready, provide the information displayed by the program to the CCTV Security Pros technician who is currently assisting you.
4. Stay With the Technician
Leave TeamViewer open while the technician works with you. Close the remote session when support is complete.
Remote Support Safety
Only use TeamViewer while actively working with a CCTV Security Pros support representative. Do not provide remote-access information to someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who you cannot verify.
