Returning Merchandise
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority. We are extremely proud of our industry LOW return rates. We accomplish this by offering the best quality products and live dedicated customer support. Our trained USA based technical support department is available to address any questions that you may encounter before, during or after your security camera installation. In the rare event of a return, we have a simple process to make sure it goes smoothly.
In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, we have a simple and easy return policy. First, please call us prior to returning any items so that we can issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. We charge a modest 15% restocking fee to help offset the cost of shipping, materials, and labor associated with the assembly of each package. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date when the RMA was issued. No returns will be accepted without the assigned RMA number displayed clearly on the package. The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. CCTV Security Pros is not responsible for lost time or labor related expenses. All credits will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.
There are no returns on Geovision DVR Cards and PC-based DVRs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In either event, we will repair or replace the item. Damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized by Geovision are excluded.
Types of Returns
Return for Credit: Receive a 100% in-store credit of the total sale price which can be used towards the purchase of any item we carry.
Replacement: We offer replacements of any defective or non-operational item purchased. Each purchase comes included with a minimum 2 year limited warranty.
Upgrades: If you find the item purchased is not the right item for the job, you can return it for a 100% in-store credit which you can use towards the purchase of other products we offer.
