Yes, all of our products come with a full 2 year limited warranty.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We Accept all Major Credit Cards. We also accept PayPal, Checks, Wire Transfers. Call us for bank wiring instructions.
I have received a “transaction cannot be processed” error
If you attempt to pay online with your credit card and receive a this error, then you need to call your credit card company and tell them that the charge is coming through. They will then clear it in their system so that you will be able to complete your payment. Credit Card companies generally do this on large orders for your protection.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in New Jersey and Florida.
Do you accept purchase orders?
CCTV Security Pros accepts purchase orders from large companies, public schools, universities, hospitals and government agencies.
Are you an installer or wholesale supplier?
We have an exclusive dealer program for our dealers, installers, and resellers.
What are my shipping options?
Our preferred carrier is UPS and we provide free shipping on orders over $100 to the continental United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. A tracking number will be sent to your provided email.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
How do I make a return?
Call us and we will send an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in new condition and include all original packaging accessories and materials.
What to do if I have a defective item?
Any defective or non-operational item is covered under warranty. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for any defective item within 30 days of the purchase date.
How long will you accept returns for?
Items may be returned unconditionally for the first 30 days after purchase.
Do you accept exchanges?
If you find that your purchase is not the best item for the job, you can return it with a request for in-store credit which you can use toward the purchase of other products we offer.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee applies ONLY to items returned with missing accessories or torn packaging.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
