We fully stand behind and support the quality products we sell.  In addition, our trained USA based technical support representatives are available to address any questions that you have regarding setup and performance of your security system.  In the event that you need to make a return, we have a simple and straightforward process to make sure it goes quickly and smoothly.

Types of Returns


If you find that the item you purchased is not the best item for the job, you can return it for a full refund or 100% in-store credit which you can use toward the purchase of other products we offer.


We cover replacements of any defective or non-operational item under warranty.  We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for any products that arrives defective or non-operational within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return For Refund:

Payment is refunded back to the credit card used.

30 Day Return Policy:

Top make a return, simply send an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking the button and using the simple submission form below. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and include all original packaging materials and accessories. Items returned with missing accessories or torn packaging will receive a 15% restocking fee. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged, it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date when the RMA was issued. No returns will be accepted without the assigned RMA number displayed clearly on the package. The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. CCTV Security Pros is not responsible for lost time or labor-related expenses. All refunds will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.
