Replacement

We cover replacements of defective or non-operational equipment under warranty. For products that arrive defective or non-operational within the first 30 days, we provide a pre-paid shipping label. After 30 days, prepaid return labels are not provided.

30 Day Return Policy

To make a return, submit an RMA Request using the form below.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition and include all original packaging materials and accessories.
Items returned with missing accessories or torn packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If there are signs of use or damage, an additional restocking fee may apply, or the item may be deemed non-refundable.
No returns are accepted after 30 days from the purchase date, and all approved returns must be received within 30 days of the issued RMA.
All packages must display the assigned RMA number clearly. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 days after the returned equipment is received and processed.
