To CCTV Security Pros, - I, Ernest Kawaiaea purchased two systems, an 4 and a 8 CSP-4PRO700IR camera system several months ago about the beginning of 2012. All that I ordered came within a few days and in great condition. The sales representative “Mr. Evans” was instrumental in helping me select just what I was looking for and explained everything to me so that I would select the best system for my needs. Mr. Evans also told me that technical support would take me step by step in walking me through the process of hooking up my system which they did. I’m 63 years old and not very mechanically knowledgeable on these camera installations, but with the online instruction videos and a call or two to tech support I had my system up and running the second day. The camera’s worked great and the pictures were clear both during the day and at night. The night vision was in black and white and clear and the daytime pictures were in color and also clear. The great thing about the infra red at night I could see things almost the same way as though it was during the daytime except it was in black and white in total darkness. And should you need to back track and need to copy / record something at a later date it’s very easy and tech support will walk you through the few simple steps and set your mind at ease knowing you can select a specific time that was recorded to copy the individual segments of video that you want or need in recalling an incident. I used to have things stolen from me on several occassions, now things have change because now I know exactly who they were and when it took place and its on video. These videos makes a big difference when you go to court. I recommend CCTV Security Pros to anyone who wants an affordable CCTV camera system that has great quality from this company.
